A deposit is required for each reservation of half the total amount. The following can be booked through whitepinereservations.park or by calling 218-555-1212. Please see below for acceptable forms of payment.
- Reservations:
Individual Campsites: May be reserved up to 6 Months in advance.
Cabins & Yurts: Up to 6 Months in advance
Group Facilities: Up to 12 months (rolling window) in advance

- Accessibility:
Except for Remote Tent Camping, and in some instances Park Tent Camping there is the option of wheelchair accessibility, designed to meet ADA standards. Please see information pertaining to specific lodging for further details.
- Pets:
Pets are not allowed inside cabins, yurts or other buildings, lodging facilities, or beach areas.
- Smoking:
All cabins, yurts and other buildings are smoke free.
- Amenities vary by individual location. Please see specific lodge
descriptions for further details.
- Electricity:
There are electrical hookups for most RV campsites and most cabins.
All yurts have a wood stove for heat and do not have electricity.
Please see information pertaining to specific lodging for further details.
- Firewood:
In the winter, wood will be provided for the woodstove for yurts only. Wood may be purchased for the Rustic Cabins at the main lodge.
Please help prevent the spread of tree-killing insects by burning only approved firewood, available at all Minnesota State Parks
- Methods of payment:
We Accept all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the Discover Card. You can use any of these cards through our online shoppingcart any time day or night, or you can place your order by phone, email.
- Late Cancellations:
A late cancellation is if cancelled after 12:00 midnight (CST) two days before arrival.
For all lodging options, If a party cancels a reservation the day before or on the day of arrival they will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
If a party cancels a reservation within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, no service fee will be charged.
- No-shows:
Reserved campsites, cabins, yurts and group overnight facilities will be held until check-out time on the day
following your scheduled arrival. No-shows, early departures, or cancellations after the scheduled arrival date
are not entitled to a refund.
- Reservation Fee:
For some facilities an additional reservation fee is charged.
